Eve Mandre

Since completing my PhD at Certec in May 2002, I have developed and taught courses in rehabilitation pedagogics. In the spring of 2003, I initiated a three-year project on learning and learning environments for adults with autism and other neuropsychiatric diagnoses (Design and Learning for Adults with Psychiatric Disabilities). This project was financed by the Swedish National Agency for Education as a means of making adult education accessible to all, even people with psychiatric disabilities. I continue to lecture and consult in the areas of psychiatry and social services in the entire country. 

On May 24, 2002 I presented and orally defended my dissertation, From Medication to
Education: People with autism in adult psychiatry. It focuses on psychiatry, autism and learning.

On November 19, 1999 I defended my licentiate thesis:
Designing Remedial Education: Education meets psychiatry.
